Mental health and wellbeing are not just personal concerns — they are essential to a healthy, productive workplace. When employees feel mentally and emotionally supported, they are more engaged, resilient, and motivated to do their best work. Prioritising wellbeing helps reduce stress, burnout, and absenteeism, while fostering a positive culture built on trust, balance, and respect. Investing in mental health is an investment in people, and when people thrive, organisations thrive too.

Many employers want to do the right thing, yet still feel overwhelmed by increasing levels of sickness and absence linked to mental health. You may be unsure how to recognise the signs, feel you don’t fully understand mental health conditions well enough to offer the right support, or worry about saying the wrong thing. For some, it can feel easier to ignore the issue altogether and view it as a personal problem — but mental health directly impacts performance, morale, and retention. Having the right knowledge, support, and processes in place can make all the difference.
Now that my business has the CWS toolkit in place, we're so much better equipped to support our team and protect the business from the impact of long term sickness. Kelly has an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience across employee and colleague wellbeing. Everything comes from a place of logic, common sense and real life experience. Highly, highly recommended.
Kelly was understanding, approachable and supportive. I was slightly apprehensive with working with her but I found her approach transparent and reassuring.
Kelly’s understanding of workplace wellbeing is outstanding. Her guidance is always practical, sensible, and clearly rooted in lived experience. An absolute pleasure to work with — highly recommended.
